Customer Service Awards 2005

Recognising the critical importance of customer service and satisfaction to both the buying public and the house building industry's long-term success, Homes for Scotland introduced customer service as the focus of its annual awards scheme in 2005 in order to highlight best practice and raise standards even further.

Some 40 entries were evaluated by an independent panel of judges chaired by Robin Harper MSP and the winners were announced at our Annual Lunch on Friday 20 May:
