Home Building Industry Action Framework

Demonstrating the shared commitment of Homes for Scotland and the Scottish Government to work together to address the issues and challenges underpinning the low output level of new homes, a short life working group has been formed to devise an "Action Framework" for growth.

This high level document lists priority actions to be taken.  Whilst the focus of the plan is short term with achievable quick wins, it also includes measurable steps to achieve important outcomes over the medium and longer term.

The Plan's progress is monitored at bi-lateral meetings of senior Scottish Government and Homes for Scotland representatives which are held twice a year.
