Help to Buy (Scotland)

The Help to Buy (Scotland) shared equity scheme gives buyers the opportunity to purchase a majority share in a new build home up to the value of £200,000.

Further information on the scheme, including an information leaflet for buyers and a list of participating home builders can be accessed on the Scottish Government web site here.

Customers interested in buying a new build home through Help to Buy (Scotland) should contact a participating builder directly.

Homes for Scotland worked closely with the Scottish Government and CML on the development of the scheme and has an ongoing role in monitoring/review.
