Area Committees

Combining the wealth of planning knowledge within member companies with the national perspectives of our own planning team, our network of five area committees provide support across the entire geography of Scotland covering:

• East Central Scotland
• Grampian
• Highland & Moray
• South East Scotland
• Strathclyde

Last year their work included making representations and submissions on:

• 26 housing land audits
• six Main Issues Reports
• ten proposed Plans
• emerging Local Development Plan policies relating to effective housing land supply
• supplementary guidance on funding for roads and transportation, education, capital programmes, affordable housing commuted sums and Designing Streets
