Customer satisfaction

Reinforcing the commitment of the new homes industry to manufacture bespoke products to the highest standards, a recent survey of new home buyers in Scotland revealed that 90% of customers were satisfied with the quality of their new home with the same number willing to recommend their builder to a friend.

The data was collected via the National New Homes Survey which is operated by the National House Building Council with the results for Scottish homeowners analysed for Homes for Scotland.

In comparison, no-one bothers to ask if you are happy when buying a second-hand home!
