Supported by the Scottish Government, MI New Home was developed by the home building industry working in partnership with lenders.
Through the scheme, which was launched in 2012, participating lenders offered up to 95% mortgages on homes up to £250,000 sold by participating builders. It helped some 800 households buy a new home until scheme closure in March 2015.
