Design is the top reason people love their new build homes, according to a survey of over 1000 new homeowners.

Built to suit today's modern lifestyles and meeting high technical standards, they offer facilities that many older homes cannot easily accommodate without substantial structural works such as open plan living, en-suite bathrooms, guest suites, utility rooms, built-in wardrobes and cloakrooms.

In fact, it has been estimated to cost £45,000 to bring the standard of an older property up the same specification as a new home. 

But why bother with all the hassle and cost of  DIY, redecoration, renovation and replacement of outdated kitchens or bathrooms, when you can simply move straight into a bright and untouched new home and start enjoying it straight away?
