Fionna Kell

Fionna Kell - Director of Policy

Fionna joined Homes for Scotland in April 2019 as Director of Policy where she has responsibility for strategic policy areas including Housing to 2040, Infrastructure Commission, Help to Buy, small scale builders, skills and low carbon agenda.   

She has 25 years experience in property and economic development.  Prior to joining Homes for Scotland, Fionna spend 7 years as the Inward Investment Manager at Clyde Gateway where she was responsible for working with a variety of developers, investors and occupiers.  She also spent 10 years in  development consultancy with DTZ where she was responsible for a range of regeneration projects across Scotland and Northern Ireland.

 Fionna is a Town Planning graduate of Heriot Watt University and also holds a post graduate Masters Degree in Economic Development from the University of Birmingham.
