Joe Larner - Principal Planning Advisor Joe joined the Homes for Scotland team in August 2018. He is a Chartered Member of the RTPI and supports member interests within the Strathclyde and East Central Scotland areas. His work involves reviewing and influencing emerging Strategic Development Plans, Local Development Plans, Supplementary Guidance and other related housing policy matters. Joe previously worked as a Planner and Senior Planner for Lichfields in London after graduating from the University of Glasgow following an undergraduate degree from the University of Edinburgh.
