HFS Awards 2014

Introduced in 2003 in order to recognise and promote best practice, our awards underpin Homes for Scotland's work by addressing the challenges which impact the industry's ability to deliver the many thousands of new homes Scotland desperately needs.

Unrivalled in terms of standing and credibility, a record number of 91 entries was received this year, making it a tough job for the independent judging panel.

Our 2014 winners were announced in front of an 800-strong audience at our Annual Lunch at the EICC on Friday 16 May.  Key highlights included a Lifetime Achievement award for Stewart Milne and Mactaggart and Mickel picking up Home Builder of the Year for the second year in a row.
