HOMES FOR SCOTLAND AWARDS 2020/21

Further to the disruption caused to our 2020 Awards by the Coronavirus, the HFS Board has decided that the shortlist announced last August be rolled over for 2021 and the programme re-opened in order to ensure that any submissions that may have otherwise looked to enter this year are considered.

Please note:

  • no re-entries or new phases of already shortlisted entries from 2020 will be allowed 
  • no CGI images will be permitted to avoid developments being submitted too early
  • 2020 programme criteria will apply, covering the period 1 February 2020 – 31 March 2021
  • any additions to the shortlist will be at the sole discretion of the judges, with their decisions final
  • all arrangements are Covid-dependent and subject to change

Members are invited to submit any new entries by 4.30pm on the closing date of Friday 16 April 2021.

2. HFS STRATEGY

With the 2020/21 awards programme aligned to the key objectives of our five-year strategy, please note specific references within the entry brochure above.

3. PRO-FORMA ENTRY TEMPLATES 

Entries should be submitted using the relevant pro-forma templates below (please make sure you are using an up-to-date version of Adobe Reader) and saved into the special zip folder which has been created to help with the organisation and emailing of documents and images:

Development of the Year - large (100+ units)

Development of the Year - medium (26-99 units)

Development of the Year - small (up to 25 units)

Associate Member of the Year

Innovation of the Year
