National Housing Trust Phase 2 launched

Building upon the the success of phase 1 of the National Housing Trust initiative to help make more new homes available for affordable rent, a second phase of of procurement has been launched across 15 Scottish Council areas. 

Developers are therefore now being invited to submit Pre-Qualification Questionnaires to partcicpate in the second wave of procurement and further details can be obtained at Public Contracts Scotland. 

The deadline for submissions is 9 January 2012.
