Focusing on the themes of customers, people, partnership and design - areas which remain absolutely critical to the home building industry's success - entry submissions for the 2012 Homes for Scotland Awards have this year reached record levels - 80 in total!

Two awards are attached to each of these themes, with all open to submissions from home builder (both private and RSL) and associate members.

In addition to the above, we are this year introducing two new headline awards which, in a new twist, will be voted for on the day at our Annual Lunch at the EICC on Friday 4 May.  Promising to be another must-attend event, over 400 bookings have already been received for what remains the premier date in the home building industry calendar!   

The first of these headline awards is for "Supporting Company of the Year", recognising the particular efforts and expertise of our wide-ranging associate membership. The other headline award is for "Home Builder of the Year". For both of these awards, our independent judging panel will provide their shortlisted recommendations as to which companies they consider best merit such an accolade.
