Deputy First Minister Nicola Sturgeon will deliver the keynote speech at the 2014 Homes for Scotland Annual Lunch. One year on from her announcement at last year's event on the creation of what would turn out to be the Help to Buy (Scotland) scheme and addressing the largest gathering of home building industry representatives in the run-up to the independence referendum, this is one speech you shouldn't miss!
