Working Party

An additional research recommendation was the formation of a small, focused and time-limited Working Party described as follows:

"possibly led by the development industry and facilitated by Scottish Government ... it would identify and monitor pinch points that are holding back development and institutional involvement, recommend how these could be overcome, and inform stakeholders about mechanisms being employed".

The PRS Working Party, Chaired by Ed Trevillion of Heriot Watt University, was assembled in November 2014, drawing together key strategic stakeholders, who seek to assess and unlock the key barriers to the growth of a sustainable PRS sector in Scotland.
