Introduced in 2003 in order to recognise and promote best practice, our awards underpin Homes for Scotland's work by addressing the challenges which impact the industry's ability to deliver the many thousands of new homes Scotland desperately needs.

Winners were announced at our Annual Lunch at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre on Friday 15 May 2015 where a special award was also presented to former Homes for Scotland Director of Planning Allan Lundmark in recognition of his immense contribution to the home building industry over the course of his 13 years with the organisation.
